Blake Hodess's Bio
As President of Hodess Construction Corporation, Blake Hodess offers over 30 years of construction experience at all levels in the construction process. Blake is highly recognized in the industry for his expertise in advanced technology and cleanroom construction. Blake has vast experience in all project responsibilities throughout the construction process, such as establishing budgets, performing high-quality, cost effective, on-schedule completion of projects, monitoring and directing field operation, and negotiating subcontracts.
Blake is also a published author, has been featured in numerous trade journals, and has guest lectured at trade conferences regarding the design-build of cleanroom projects.
Blake is a member of the International Society for Pharmaceutical Engineering and a member of the Massachusetts and Rhode Island chapters of the Associated Builders and Contractors. He is a licensed Massachusetts Construction Supervisor, is licensed by the Rhode Island Builders Association, and holds construction licenses across the United States.
Blake holds a BA degree in administrative science and mathematics from Colby College and has completed postgraduate work in the Owner/President Management (OPM) Program at Harvard University.

Bill Lund's Bio
A knowledgeable Senior Project Manager with over 30 years of construction experience, and 24 of those years in managing cleanroom projects with Hodess Construction. Bill is a proven performer, managing some of HCC’s largest, most complicated projects.
Bill has a proven track record in successfully handling management procedures on major projects. Bill is highly skilled in providing technical support and proactively discovering and addressing potential issues.
Bill has a Massachusetts Builder’s License in the City of Lynn, a Massachusetts Construction Supervisors License, a North Carolina Contractor’s License, OSHA 100-Hour Construction Safety & Health Certificate and a Construction Quality Management for Contractors certificate from the US Army Corps of Engineers.
Bill attended the University of Rhode Island in North Kingstown, RI where he received his Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration.
Bob Koziel's Bio
Bob Koziel is a Senior Project Manager with over 15 years experience in managing cleanroom projects with Hodess Construction Corporation. Bob’s experience extends from ground-up projects to interior cleanroom fit-up. Bob is highly skilled in providing technical support and proactively discovering and addressing potential issues, and has implemented incredibly successful programs.
Bob has managed projects such as: Cardinal Health, Draper Laboratory, Merck Vanderbilt University, Raytheon, West Virginia University, LeMaitre Vascular and SAFT Batteries.
Bob is OSHA 30 Certified, and has attended New York University for their Building Contractors Program in Construction Management, as well as Norwalk State Technical College for Electro-mechanical Engineering.
Jeff Hodess's Bio
Jeff Hodess is a Project Manager with over 8 years experience in managing cleanroom projects with Hodess Construction Corporation. Jeff has experience in ground-up projects and interior cleanroom fitups.
Jeff has worked on numerous Hodess projects, most notably: BAE MEC Tool Installation, Bandwidth Semiconductor, and West Pharmaceutical.
Jeff holds numerous licenses such as the Massachusetts Unrestricted Construction Supervisors License, Massachusetts 2A/1C Hoisting License, State of Florida General Contractor’s License, OSHA 30-Hour Construction Safety & Health Certificate, and Massachusetts Certified EMT. Jeff attended Tufts University in Medford, MA.
Steve Pitts's Bio
Steve Pitts is a Senior Project Manager with over 27 years experience, and 18 of those years with Hodess Construction Corporation. Steve’s extensive knowledge as a Project Manager, Superintendent and Project Engineer for privately and publically funded projects makes him proficient in handling management procedures on major complex projects. Steve is backed by strong credentials and a proven history of on-time, on-budget and high-quality project completions.
Steve has worked on some of Hodess’ largest projects, most notably: NuMark, GE Healthcare, Community Tissue, LG Chemical, Trelleborg AB, Michigan Automotive Compressor Inc., and Wuxi Apptec.
Steve is OSHA-30 Certified and also holds an Engineer in Training (EIT) License for the state of California. Steve has his Bachelor’s degree in Construction Engineering Management from Oregon State University.
Tim Ouellette's Bio
Tim Ouellette is a Project Manager with over 14 years experience in managing construction projects. Tim provides support and proactively discovers and addresses potential issues. Tim has worked on numerous projects such as: Doctor’s Community Hospital, OSRAM Sylvania, PenTec, Cintas, Phase 2 Manufacturing, and Pittsburgh Glass Works.
Tim has a Massachusetts Construction Supervisor License, Boston, MA A, B, C License, and is LEED Accredited. Tim also attended the University of Lowell for Civil Engineering Technology.

Jason Dollarhide's Bio
As the firm’s Director of Business Development, Jason’s main objective is the overall satisfaction of the client and to make every client a repeat client. Jason has over 15 years of experience with Hodess Construction Corporation in a variety of leadership roles including Project Management, Preconstruction Services and Business Development services.
A specialist in cGMP, FDA and USP 797 projects, Jason provides guidance in the selection of cleanroom components and equipment that support specific processes as well as meet the requirements set forth by strict manufacturing guidelines.
Jason is an IEST Certified Instructor in Modular Systems, Cleanroom Design and USP 797 Cleanroom Design. Jason is also the President of Cleanroom Constructors, a firm specializing in the installation of complex cleanroom wall, ceiling and plenum systems
