Due to the fact S&S Heating and Cooling is a smaller HVAC company we are able to offer top quality work at very competitive prices. We offer commercial Preventive Maintenance contracts starting at $950 for a 5-ton unit, which includes 2 annual check ups and 2 operational check ups.

We are loyal dealers of American Standard product because of the brands quality and easy warranty process—which is the best and easiest, in the industry. However, we have established good working relationships with all of the major distributors in the Chicagoland area and can obtain any unit at competitive prices. We at S&S Heating and Cooling stand by our workmanship and products; we guarantee and provide a generous one year parts and labor warranty, and we do the foot work for our customers to have their unit’s warranty honored outside the one year S&S Heating and Cooling warranty period.
