As Director of Business Development, Josh is responsible for client-relationship management and being the Chief Fun Officer for the company. Josh has taken his love for construction and paired it with his passion for the Pensacola community in starting Bear General Contractors. Josh partnered with Chris Jaubert (President, CEO and long-time best friend) to build Bear General Contractors based on a positive construction experience, integrity and long lasting quality work for commercial projects.

As Chief Operating Officer, Luke is in charge of the day-to-day business operations at Bear including all facets of successful project completion including pre-construction planning & estimating, scheduling, project management, quality control, safety, client satisfaction, administration, and project accounting.  Luke is living proof that the good old fashioned American dream is achievable through shear determination, hard work, perseverance, focus, and a pragmatic approach to getting the job done no matter what it takes.

Experienced Office Manager with a demonstrated history of working in the construction industry. Skilled in Microsoft Word, Management, Training, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Auditing. Strong administrative professional with a Bachelor of Science in Commerce & Business Administration focused in Accounting from University of Alabama.
