Scope Of Work
This project is located beach front in Pensacola Beach. Repairs will be done to guest rooms, outdoor pool, and beach front tiki bar.
PROJECT SCOPE:
Remove, Repair, Service and Replace damaged guestroom PTAC’s
General shingled roof repair from blown off shingles.
Replaced roof hatch
Replacement of Tiki Bar roof thatch
Replaced damaged 8’ tall privacy fence
Replaced damaged kayak storage shed at beach.
Repairs of EIFS system.
Replacement of vinyl soffit at corridor balconies and bring up to code
Replacement of soffit at porte cochere
Minor damage to 5% of guestrooms
Replace damaged drywall, tape, prep, texture, and paint to guestrooms and main lobby
Replacement of carpet and pad in damaged guestrooms
