Scope Of Work
Remove all damaged flooring, wood base, crown molding, gypsum board and insulation on the 1st and 2nd floors
Provide structural drying services to remove moisture from the building
Provide protection of existing finishes not damaged in the storm
Remove and replace all bayside storefront windows on the 1st and 2nd floors
Install Wayne Dalton Fabric Shield Hurricane Protection over all bayside storefront windows on the 1st and 2nd floors
Replace all damaged building insulation, wall gypsum board, gypsum board ceilings, wood base, crown
molding and flooring with new
Restore all marble flooring to new condition
Paint all areas to new condition
Repair and replace all damaged standing seam roofing
Replace damaged TPO roofing system with new
Remove and replace with new all powder coated aluminum fencing around the pool area
Remove and replace one hydraulic passenger elevator and one hydraulic service elevator with new
