Scope Of Work
PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
Located opposite of Pensacola Bay at 400 Bayfront Parkway, this project is a renovation of the 1st and 2nd floor guest suites and restrooms to include new suite painting, flooring, and addition of a new suite closet to house a glass front refrigerator and coffee maker.
Total renovation of the guest suite restrooms to include a new job-built tile shower, new tile flooring, new glass shower door entry, new granite counter tops, under counter mount sinks, new toilet accessories, and new doors.
DESIGN FEATURES:
The guest suites contain a section of tiled half walls that will be incorporated with full height glass matching the shower entry door height.
The restrooms also include cut and trimmed out mirrors with light sconces mounted on the mirrors.
For Phase 2 – new walkway entry brick columns with lighting. A new previous paving event space, new brick building entry steps, new irrigation, and landscaping on the side of the building.
The south side of the building will have a new restroom building, stucco wall with a fountain. The south side will also include a new underground storm water retention area, a new artificial turf event space and a new pavilion building.
