Scope Of Work
This project is located next to the Pensacola Airport. With over 125 rooms being repaired for damages, a fitness center, and an indoor pool. This location is a five minute walk to the Pensacola Airport.
PROJECT SCOPE:
Repairs on water damage to 80% of all guestrooms
Repairs to water damage in meeting room, lobby, fitness center and on all guestroom
corridors and vending rooms.
Drywall repairs.
New carpet.
Repaint and new VWC where required.
Service and repairs to RTU’s, condensers and lighting protection
Inspections and repairs to TPO main roof and lower side roofs
Sitewide repairs to parking lot electrics and dumpster enclosure
