Scope Of Work
This project is located beach front on Via De Luna Drive in Pensacola Beach. With over 120 guest rooms, indoor pool, outdoor pool with lazy river, 10,000 square feet of meeting space, fitness center, and walking distance to the gulf of Mexico.
PROJECT SCOPE:
Remove, service, repair and replace all guestroom PTACs
Re-install sheet rock, texture, prepare and paint all gulf/ south side guest rooms and corridor floors
Replacement of all carpets and pad in guestrooms, corridors and meeting rooms
Repairs to pool and lazy river
Repairs to Pirates bridge over lazy river
Replacement of Tiki Bar thatch roof
Service and repair all RTU’s Including the complete renewal of the main roof unit
Replacement and bring up to ADA requirements the hotels dune walkover
Repair, replace and make safe all damaged and missing guestroom balcony handrails.
Repair, service and replace external electrical fixtures
Reinstall all guestroom furniture
