Scope Of Work
This project is located beach front on Perdido Beach Boulevard in Orange Beach, Alabama. This project will consist of repairing over 120 guest rooms, 920 square feet of meeting spaces and conference rooms, a fitness center, and an outdoor pool.
PROJECT SCOPE:
Remove, repair, service and replace all guestroom PTAC’s
Service and repair all RTU’s including the replacement of all roof top vents
Complete replacement to the underside of the drive through
Repairs to the EFIS
Repairs and replacement to damaged balcony and pool deck handrails
Water damage to 60% of all guestrooms
Replacement of drywall, tape, prep, texture and paint to damaged guestrooms and corridors
Replacement of carpet and pad in guestrooms and corridors
Repairs to main TPO roof covering
Repairs and replacements to damaged parking lot poles and light fixtures
