Scope Of Work
This project is located off of Perdido Beach Boulevard in Orange Beach, Alabama. This project will have repairs on over 160 guest rooms, 1,000 square feet of conference rooms, fitness center, indoor/outdoor pool, and a beach front tiki bar.
PROJECT SCOPE:
Remove, Repair, Service and Replace all guestroom PTAC’s
Service and repair all RTU’s, condensers and smoke extractors
Repairs to the three roof’s TPO covering, including guttering and down spouts
Replacement of Tiki Bar roller doors
Repairs to damaged seawall protection
Replacement of pool deck, balcony, and seawall handrails
Replacement of blown in damaged balcony doors
Replacement of pool deck nano door.
Replacement and bring up to ADA requirements the hotels dune walkover.
Replacement of one of four RTU’s.
Repairs and replacement of East side EIFS system, including complete repaint to match existing.
Replacement of dumpster gates and repairs to enclosure.
Minor damage to 20% of guestrooms.
Replace damaged drywall, tape, prep, texture, and paint to guestrooms.
Replacement of carpet and pad in damaged guestrooms
