Renovation construction to the Southtowne Apartment complex located in Historic Downtown Pensacola
Architect: SMP Architecture
Constructed in 120 days
4,000 sq. ft.
DESIGN FEATURES:
Complete renovation to encompass a kitchen and cafe within the bookstore
Cafe with kitchen includes granite and quartz countertops and outdoor patio seating
Bookstore consist of 17′ ceilings with terrazzo tile flooring
The space includes a children’s area located within a Lighthouse
Bookstore space includes a dome ceiling feature inside of a lighthouse with raised carpet tiles to resemble the beautiful gulf water
