Scope Of Work
Structura’s preconstruction skills were put to use by helping the owner identify value engineering options and high priority issues like: City of Austin ROW permits, the installation of a structural steel cantilever deck system over existing retail shops and eateries, and neighbor relations.
Structura dove in quickly and coordinated a traffic control plan, scaffolding design to accommodate and route customer and thru traffic, and continued to provide courteous and 24 hour customer service to all of those that surround the jobsite.
Structura was able to help save money in the owner’s budget mainly because of our strong relationships with the best subcontractors in the industry. In the same breath, those same relationships proved useful to us once again when design changes were made and we were able to coordinate and deliver those back to the project without stopping the schedule.
