RIO is the construction of Austin’s newest and most exclusive night spot. This finish out project consisted of a 2nd floor restaurant and 3rd floor roof top bar and pool. The 2nd floor features a full service kitchen and bar with lots of floor space for socializing. Hard wood floors, with an acoustical underlayment to limit sound transition between tenants, covers the entire floor area. Large windows onto 6th Street allow plenty of light into the space, creating a most pleasant atmosphere. A 2,600 gallon fish tank on the west side of the bar displays local and exotic aquatic creatures. The roof top features a pool, bar, and four cabanas.
