Red Bluff Pet Resort is a unique, upscale pet boarding facility specializing in providing excellent animal care in a pet friendly atmosphere in a playful and safe environment. The facility includes cat condos, luxury dog suites, standard CMU boarding areas equipped with cast-in place trench drains, grooming facilities with tubs and showers, and outdoor exercise facilities. The actual building structure is an approximately 6,000 SF pre-engineered structure with high end masonry, and stucco veneer.  Structura was able to streamline construction of the facility as well as lead value engineering efforts to bring the project into an obtainable budget. The project was completed within a 6 month construction schedule. Structura is looking forward to working with Red Bluff Pet Resort on Phase 2 in 2013.
