Scope Of Work

This finish-out of a shell space was accomplished in 14 weeks and featured open deck and drywall ceilings, sealed concrete floors and custom stained millwork. The owner had a designer friend draw up the plans and then Structura completed the designbuild process during construction to meet the Grand Opening date deadline.

Challenging features of this project included a kitchen exhaust system that vents through the office space on the floor above, which required extensive after hours work. Attentive coordination was required to manage the field construction simultaneously with the owner’s design process.
