This stylish tenant finish-out in the Capitol Tower was a pleasure to build. We aided in the value engineering process to get the stunning architectural plans in line with the client’s budget without sacrificing the integrity of the design. Despite some last-minute design changes, we completed the project on schedule with great customer satisfaction.
Featuring sealed concrete floors with carpet islands, both hard ceilings and exposed deck, floor-to-ceiling butt-joined glass panel walls and a variety of longlead fixtures, the end product is a work environment that encourages creativity and teamwork.
