This ground-up branch bank was part of a large development in Cedar Park; unusually, the bank was completed before the rest of the development was. This led to some challenging scenarios with regards to site development; we provided a temporary generator for the branch’s opening, as site power did not arrive until several weeks after the bank was scheduled for completion.
Another challenge we successfully overcame in this project was when the corporate office for Chase rolled out new, environmentally friendly finishes a mere month before the branch was scheduled for completion. We worked proactively with the ownerspecified suppliers to address the impact this had on the project schedule and found solutions to stay on track.
