CHRISTOPHER J. MINER's Bio
Chris Miner has been our General Counsel and Secretary since joining Mobile Mini in June 2008. Mr. Miner is responsible for all aspects of our legal strategy including litigation, compliance, safety, real estate and corporate matters. He also supports our Board of Directors in developing and maintaining best practices in corporate governance policies and procedures. Mr. Miner is admitted to practice law in Arizona and New York. Before he joined us, Mr. Miner was a partner with the law firm DLA Piper, where he was in the firm's corporate group and practiced in the areas of securities, mergers & acquisitions, and finance. Mr. Miner began his career with Davis Polk in New York and Europe where he specialized in corporate and securities law. Mr. Miner received a B.A. in German in 1996 and a J.D., cum laude, in 1999 from Brigham Young University, where he also was a senior editor of the Law Review. Mr. Miner is a frequent speaker on corporate governance was named Arizona’s public company attorney of the year in 2016 by the Association of Corporate Counsel. He also serves on the Board of A New Leaf, a provider of emergency shelter and services to those suffering from domestic violence and homelessness.
ERIK OLSSON's Bio
Erik Olsson became President, Chief Executive Officer and a Director of Mobile Mini in April 2013. Mr. Olsson had been President, Chief Executive Officer and a Director of RSC Holdings, Inc. from 2006 until that company was acquired by United Rentals, Inc. in April 2012. NYSE listed, RSC had grown to become a premier provider of rental equipment in North America, servicing the industrial, maintenance and non-residential construction markets with 440 branch locations across 43 states in the U.S. and three provinces in Western Canada. Over the five years prior to its acquisition in 2012, the company averaged double digit revenue growth, delivered EBITDA margins in the mid-to-high 40s and generated strong free cash flow resulting in more than $1 billion in debt reduction. Mr. Olsson also led RSC's 2007 IPO and successful sale in 2012 creating significant gains in shareholder value. He became RSC's Chief Financial Officer in 2001 and in 2005 was appointed RSC's Chief Operating Officer. Earlier, he held a number of senior financial management positions in various global businesses of RSC's former parent company, Atlas Copco Group, in Sweden, Brazil and the United States, including his last assignment as Chief Financial Officer for Milwaukee Electric Tool Corporation in Milwaukee, WI from 1998 to 2000. He is also a Director on the Board of Ritchie Brothers Auctioneers Incorporated. Mr. Olsson holds a degree in Business Administration and Economics from the University of Gothenburg.
MARK E. FUNK's Bio
Mark Funk has served as our Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer since November 2008. He is responsible for all of our accounting, banking and related financial matters. Before he joined us, Mr. Funk was with Deutsche Bank Securities Inc. for over 20 years from September 1988 to November 2008 and worked in Deutsche's New York, Los Angeles, Chicago, and London offices. Most recently he was Managing Director in Deutsche's Structured Debt group, where he had worked on numerous high profile transactions. Prior to joining Deutsche Bank, Mr. Funk passed the certified public accountant examination and was a senior auditor with KPMG. Mr. Funk earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from California State University Long Beach and an MBA from University of California, Los Angeles.

KELLY WILLIAMS's Bio
Kelly Williams has served as our Executive Vice President - Operations since June 2014 moving from his previous role as Senior Vice President of the Western Division. He began his career with Mobile Mini in July of 2013, as a Regional Manager. Prior to joining us, he was the Vice President at Airworx Construction Equipment & Supply. Mr. Williams was with RSC Equipment Rental for 7 years. As an RSC employee he worked his way up from District Manager to Region Vice President of Great Lakes. Mr. Williams spent 10 years at Avis/Budget as a General Manager. Kelly Williams graduated from Anderson University in Indiana with a B.A. in Physical Education.
