Scope Of Work

This new Nevada senior community is located on a four acre site within the entitled 141-acre Rancharrah master planned community. Katerra is providing all materials and construction services for the project, which was designed by Todd & Associates, Inc.

This premier property is strategically located in Southwest Reno, Washoe County’s most affluent submarket, directly adjacent to Reno’s main transportation corridors, providing future residents with quick access to the surrounding areas and amenities. 

The 146-unit community will include a full independent living suite of amenities including a commercial kitchen, enclosed resort-style swimming pool and spa, state-of-the-art fitness center, and large open courtyards. The building will feature elevators and conditioned interior amenity spaces and corridors.
