Fritz H. Wolff's Bio
Fritz is the executive chairman of The Wolff Company, and co-founded Katerra.
He is responsible for The Wolff Company's corporate governance and global strategy. Fritz is an active member of the firm's Executive Committee, and co-heads the Investment Committee. He has more than two decades of institutional real estate investment experience.
Fritz attended Gonzaga University and serves as a member of its Board of Regents and its Investment Committee. Fritz completed the OPM Program at Harvard University and is a founding member of YPO Scottsdale.
Jim Davidson's Bio
Jim is a managing partner and managing director of Silver Lake, which he cofounded in 1999. Silver Lake is one of the largest and most successful technology investment managers in the world. Jim has been an active advisor to and investor in the technology industries for more than 30 years.
Prior to Silver Lake, Jim was a managing director at Hambrecht & Quist, a technology-focused investment bank and venture capital firm. Jim is an active “angel investor” and advisor to several private technology companies.

Joanne brings over 15 years of experience in the electronics industry most recently serving as Amkor Technology’s CFO for 9 years. She began her career at Price Waterhouse where she worked for 10 years. Joanne earned an MBA in International Management from the Thunderbird School of Global Management and a BS in Business Administration from Drexel University.

Michael is the CEO and founder of Katerra. He is a founding partner of Riverwood Capital, a Menlo Park-based private equity firm. Prior to establishing Riverwood, he was a partner and senior advisor at Kohlberg Kravis Roberts & Co. in 2006 and 2007.
Prior to KKR, Michael spent 13 years as CEO and then chairman of Flextronics International Ltd., building it into one of the largest technology companies in the world.
He is a director of The Melt, Enjoy, H20.ai, and Berkeley Lights.
Nic Brathwaite's Bio
Nicholas Brathwaite helps to develop technology strategies and implement innovative solutions to improve building quality, reduce construction time, and reduce costs. With more than 25 years of experience building technology-oriented businesses, Nicholas is focused on the application of technology throughout Katerra’s end-to-end building services.
Nicholas is a co-founder and partner of Riverwood Capital and WRVI Capital, where he guides company development with his unique combination of technology know-how and commercial judgment, adding value throughout the investment life-cycle. From 1996 to 2007, he served as the Chief Technology Officer at Flextronics, where he oversaw the launch and growth of several of Flextronics’ largest business units, including an innovative push into product development.
Nicholas earned a M.Sc. Degree in Polymer Science Engineering from the University of Waterloo, Canada and a B.Sc. (Honors) Degree in Applied Chemistry from McMaster University, Canada. He is currently on the board of Inphi, Northwestern Mutual Insurance Companies and Power Integrations.

Craig Curtis's Bio
Craig was a partner with The Miller Hull Partnership for 30 years before joining the Katerra team. Craig’s projects at Miller Hull included the Bullitt Center, the world’s first commercial office building to meet the stringent requirements of the Living Building Challenge, and the $450m replacement of the San Ysidro Land Port of Entry, the busiest border crossing in the world.
Craig’s success with the design of many award-winning projects was possible because of his integrated design approach: relying heavily on his team of architects, engineers, and contractors to solve complicated problems simply, creatively and elegantly, together. As president of Katerra Architecture, Craig is taking that same approach to a new level.
Matt Ryan's Bio
Matt Ryan is Katerra’s head of manufacturing, logistics, and lighting.
Matt has 30 years of experience in the highly competitive and dynamic global electronics manufacturing and distribution industry.
Since 2009 he held both Chief Operating Officer and President of Americas Operations roles at CEVA Logistics and was a member of the company’s executive board. Matt served as Executive Vice President of World Wide Operations and Logistics at Flextronics International for 15 years. At Flextronics, he ran end-to-end contract manufacturing and logistics operations generating revenues in excess of $20 billion.
Mike Rock's Bio
Mike is an entrepreneur and thought leader and forever focused on opportunities for improvement in the construction delivery process. Mike believes that the great gains in the component manufacturing and standardization of designs for like systems will, once adopted, create revolutionary change that will close the gap on the need for essential housing and bring back the American dream. Not to mention solve a problem that has escaped the industry for years: an overall reduction in construction costs.
Prior to joining Katerra, Mike held leadership roles for Kitchell Contractors based in Phoenix, AZ and Bernards Bros. based in San Fernando, CA. Mike’s experience includes commercial, residential, and land development as well as a variety of market sectors in a variety of states.
Trevor Schick's Bio
Trevor leads the Katerra materials organization. Most recently a senior vice president at Hewlett-Packard in charge of global supply chain and quality, he leverages over 15 years of experience in the electronics industry so that Katerra delivers on a promise of right materials, right cost, right time, and right quality.
Trevor holds an MBA in Operations and Finance from Purdue University and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Connecticut.
Trevor is currently on the boards of Steelwedge, a cloud-based supply chain planning provider, and VendOp, a B2B vendor review platform.

Robin Clewley's Bio
Robin brings to the team 20 years of marketing and communications experience. She most recently worked at the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation where she focused on building the organization’s global brand across key partnerships and leading large communications campaigns. She has held marketing leadership roles in the design and travel industries, and also worked as a journalist at Wired.
She received her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Washington.
Steve Weilbach's Bio
Steve leads the sales group at Katerra and brings over 25 years of experience in the real estate industry. Most recently Steve ran the US apartment business for Cushman & Wakefield, the world’s third largest commercial real estate services provider. Prior to that, Steve was the chief investment officer for Pacific Urban Residential, one of the most successful West Coast-based private real estate operators in the country. Before Pacific, Steve served in multiple senior transaction roles for BlackRock, one of the world’s largest real estate investment firms.
Also prior to Katerra, Steve served on the board of directors of Valet Waste, Inc., the leading door step and recycling company in the US. In that role Steve was instrumental in growing the company to serving over 750,000 apartment units daily, leading to a successful sale of the company at the end of 2015.
Steve holds a BA in Sociology and an MA in Organizational Behavior from Stanford University and an MBA in Real Estate & Finance from The Anderson School at UCLA. He is a former board of directors member of the National Multifamily Housing Council (NMHC) and a current Multifamily Bronze Council Member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI).

George Haddad's Bio
George Haddad is Katerra’s head of human resources. Most recently he led HR at 247.ai, an artificial intelligence software and services company.
George comes to Katerra with a broad range of experiences as the head of human resources for small, medium, and large enterprises all going through transformation and rapid growth. He was also the head of HR of Concentrix, held senior HR leadership positions at Hewlett Packard, and also led HR at Verisign.
He has extensive experience leading organizational transformations, building leadership and people capabilities, delivering mergers and acquisitions, and building and developing world-class human resources teams.
George holds a Bachelor of Science from McGill in Math with a minor in Computer Science.
