Pine Valley Ranch II is a 132-unit apartment development under construction in a sought-after neighborhood in Spokane, Washington. The new development will feature premier one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments. Katerra is providing all materials and construction services for the project, which was designed by Bernardo Wills Architects.
