Helm consists of approximately 7.26 acres in Everett, Washington. Located in South Snohomish County and will consist of 192 garden-style apartment units with multiple 3-story buildings.
Everett is home to Boeing’s largest production facility and US Naval Base Everett. The Property backs to I-5 and provides high visibility on a busy stretch of the freeway. The 128th St. ramp is located adjacent to the property and serves the primary east-west arterial, providing access to Boeing and Mukilteo to the west and Mill Creek to the east.
