Scope Of Work
Amberglen South is a 352-unit, 10-building apartment complex in Hillsboro's Amberglen area. Specifically located within the Amberglen Business Park, a master-planned community with a diverse mix of suburban office, multifamily and hospitality. The Max light-rail line’s Quatama Station is located less than 1-mile to the southwest and provides service to Downtown Hillsboro and Downtown Portland, Portland International Airport and Clackamas Town Center.
The 7.9-acre parcel will be divided into four development pads, bisected by new public road extensions. The two westernmost pads will contain 352 market-rate apartments within two 6-story podium buildings with two levels of structured parking. Community amenities include a resident lounge, fitness center, game room, ample bike storage and a bike repair station, outdoor pool with cooking and gathering areas, and a large landscaped pedestrian and cycle-oriented street through the center of the site. The C-shaped buildings will include elevated exterior courtyards at level-2 on both blocks.
