Beth McCracken serves as Vice President of Program Management / Minor Works for Embree Construction Group, Inc., where her occupational duties include contract management and negotiation, design, construction management, value engineering, strategic planning, facilities and program management, procurement, capital expenditures, and warranty services. Beth is also responsible for the management of a 25-person team responsible for design, procurement and construction for the successful delivery of hundreds of retail projects annually.
Beth joined Embree Construction Group, Inc. in 2008 and has successfully executed thousands of national procurement, tenant improvement, and rebrand rollout projects for clients including Ascena Retail, L’Oréal, Public Storage, American Threads, Kendra Scott, DKNY, Dolce and Gabbana, JC Penney, La Madeline, Rebecca Taylor, Truluck’s, HEB, Love’s Truck Stop, Chase Bank and vXchange. Prior to her tenure with Embree Group, Beth handled domestic and international purchasing and operations for Hewlett Packard, Compaq, Citicorp, and Dyna Electric.

Cory Delz's Bio
Cory Delz serves as Senior Vice President of Embree Construction Group, Inc., where he is responsible for the management of a division delivering quality projects on time and within budget for multiple nationally known companies.
Cory began his career with Embree Construction as an intern, and in 2005 joined Embree Construction full-time as an Assistant Project Manager. During his tenure, Cory has completed projects for a multitude of product types including: restaurants, retail, medical, and banking institutions for clients such as Church’s Chicken, Raising Cane’s Chicken Fingers, Capital One, Chase Bank, Fresenius Medical Care, DaVita Dialysis Clinics, Academy Sports & Outdoors, McCoy’s Building Supply, The Goddard School, and Bright Horizons.

Frank Krenek's Bio
Frank Krenek serves as President of Embree Construction Group, Inc., and as Executive Vice President of Embree Asset Group, Inc. and Embree Capital Markets Group, Inc. Frank is also a member of the Board of Directors of Embree Construction Group, Inc., Embree Asset Group, Inc. and Embree Capital Markets Group, Inc.
Frank served as Division/Project Manager from 1985 through 1989, where he was responsible for the company’s largest retail clients, including Western Auto, Firestone, and Albertson’s. In April 2000, Frank was named President of Embree Construction Group, after serving as Executive Vice President since January 1996 and as Vice President and General Manager since 1989. Prior to joining Embree Construction Group, Frank worked for two Dallas-based national general contractors: Centex Bateson, Inc. and Sikes Construction. While at Centex Bateson, he worked on major projects including the Zale World Headquarters, Baylor University Medical Center and the Dallas Museum of Fine Arts. During his tenure at Sikes Construction, and in addition to his responsibilities as Estimator, Frank worked as a Project Manager on medium to large commercial projects.
In December 1980, Frank received his Bachelor of Science degree in Construction from Texas A&M University, where he was recognized with a scholarship from the Association of General Construction. Frank continues to be involved with Texas A&M as a 30-year member of the Association of Former Students, and has served on the Construction Sciences Department Board of Advisors.

Josiah Byrnes's Bio
Josiah Byrnes serves as Vice President of Embree Capital Markets Group, Inc., where he helps guide the formation and execution of diversified real estate capital structures and investment strategies for individual, institutional, and international investors, developers, and tenants.
Prior to joining Embree Capital Markets Group in 2010, Josiah served as a sales director with several national real estate syndicators, including Cole Real Estate Investments, Bluerock Real Estate, and CBC Worldwide, where he participated in sales of securitized §1031 Exchange offerings, non-traded REITs, and various opportunistic debt and private equity funds in excess of $1 billion of total capitalized value. Josiah also previously served as a personal financial analyst for a subsidiary of Citigroup, where he assisted clients with insurance, mortgage, and investment solutions.
Josiah holds an active Arizona real estate license and is a member of various industry associations and philanthropic organizations.

Philip Annis serves as President of Embree Asset Group, Inc., operating in the executive management of the organization since joining the company in 1996. Philip also serves as Executive Vice President of Embree Construction Group, Inc. and Embree Capital Markets Group, Inc., and is a member of the Board of Directors of Embree Asset Group, Inc., Embree Capital Markets Group, Inc., and Embree Construction Group, Inc.
Philip received his Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Science from Texas A&M University in 1983. Upon graduation, Philip began his career in the custom home building business where he oversaw the day-to-day construction operations of custom homes in the greater Houston and Central Texas areas.
In 1986, Philip transitioned into commercial real estate investment, brokerage and development, and in 1989 formed EuroTex Enterprises, Inc. In his role as CEO and President, EuroTex prospered as a real estate consulting and development company for both commercial retail, office and mixed use projects.
Philip holds a Texas Real Estate Broker’s license, is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers, and is a past participant of the Professional Advisory Boards for both the College of Construction Science, and the Master’s program for Land Development at Texas A&M University.

Rick Crowe's Bio
Rick Crowe serves as Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors, General Counsel and Safety Director to each of the companies within the Embree Group of Companies: Embree Construction Group, Inc., Embree Asset Group, Inc., Embree Capital Markets Group, Inc. and Embree Healthcare Group, Inc. Rick joined Embree Group of Companies in 2000.
As Vice Chairman, Rick is involved in the executive management and corporate governance of the Embree Group of Companies. As General Counsel, he serves as the chief legal officer of the Companies. Some of his duties include overseeing the selection, retention and management of outside counsel, managing corporate litigation, participating in and overseeing the drafting and negotiation of corporate contracts, handling human resources and employment law matters, and providing risk management of the Companies by working closely with various insurance providers and sureties.
As Safety Director, Rick directs, develops, and oversees the general health and safety policies and procedures of the Companies. He also works with local, state and federal agencies in all fifty states to ensure compliance with safety, environmental and other regulations applicable to Embree projects. Rick has earned certification as a Certified Safety Professional (CSP) through the Board of Certified Safety Professionals.
Rick received his B.B.A. degree in Finance from the McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas in Austin and his J.D. Degree from Baylor Law School, where he was a member of the Baylor Law Review Editorial Board, Mock Trial Team, and Order of Barristers. Following law school, he received a Clerkship with Justice Bill Vance of the Tenth Court of Appeals, and thereafter joined the firm of Jackson Walker in Austin for several years, where his practice concentrated on both trial and appellate law, with particular emphasis on commercial litigation, construction law, and contract disputes.

Rocky Hardin's Bio
Rocky Hardin serves as President/CEO of Embree Capital Markets Group, Inc., Chief Financial Offi cer and Executive Vice President of Embree Construction Group, Inc., and Embree Asset Group, Inc., and is a member of the Board of Directors of Embree Construction Group, Inc., Embree Asset Group, Inc. and Embree Capital Markets Group, Inc.
Rocky joined Embree Group of Companies in 1986 and was immediately instrumental in licensing Embree in all 50 states. Rocky works with financial institutions and other capital sources to procure financing and capital for all operational and development needs. He is also responsible for financial reporting, and state and federal tax compliance.
In addition to serving on Embree Group’s Board of Directors, Rocky serves on the Advisory Board of BBVA Compass Bank-Georgetown, the Board of Directors of the Tarleton State University Foundation, Inc., the Advisory Board of the College of Business Administration at Tarleton State University, and is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).
Rocky graduated from Tarleton State University in 1981 with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accounting and Finance and subsequently received his license from the State Board of Public Accountancy to practice as a Certified Public Accountant in the State of Texas in 1986. Anthony Bollinger's Bio
Anthony Bollinger serves as Vice President of Pre-Construction Services with Embree Construction Group, Inc., where he is responsible for managing the company’s documentation and training, and pre-construction estimating services for new clients.
Anthony joined Embree Construction Group in 2006 as Head Estimator, responsible for bidding retail, education, storage, automotive, banking, and senior living projects. During his tenure, Anthony has also functioned as Chief Estimator, and Project and Construction Manager for national clients including Goddard School, Dollar General, Ann Taylor, Loft and Memory Care America.
Anthony began his career performing residential remodels and new construction in Los Angeles, California and subsequently served as Project Coordinator and Estimator for Calabasas-based Environmental Golf, a division of ValleyCrest Landscape Development, where he oversaw estimating and management of purchasing and subcontract awards for national golf course construction projects averaging $4 million. Anthony relocated to Central Texas in 2002 as Chief Estimator and Purchasing Manager for ValleyCrest’s Austin Branch office, completing projects for the University of Texas, Dell Children’s Hospital and the City of Austin.
Anthony offers over 20 years of estimating, project management, and construction management experience, and is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP).

Mark joined Embree Construction Group in 2004. Prior to his tenure with Embree, he garnered 20 years of experience in finance and distribution in the construction industry, with companies such as Rexel, The Home Depot, and Citibank. He also served as Finance Manager at Dell Computer for five years.

Steve Schreiber's Bio
Steve Schreiber serves as Director of Real Estate Legal for Embree Asset Group, Inc., where he is responsible for reviewing, negotiating, and drafting legal documents for development projects across the country.
Steve joined Embree Asset Group, Inc. in 2012. Prior to his tenure with Embree, he gained over 30 years of experience as a commercial real estate attorney, representing both developers, such as Federated Stores Realty and McArthur Glen, and national tenants such as TGI Fridays and Cinemark Theatres. Steve most recently served as in-house counsel for Norwood Development Group in Colorado Springs.
Steve is licensed in Texas, Missouri, Maryland, and Colorado, and has a PMP certification.

Tommy Waters's Bio
Tommy Waters serves as Director of Development Services for Embree Asset Group, Inc., where he manages build-to-suit relationships, including the entire process from site selection through design, permitting, and construction to store turnover for national retailers. He also oversees due diligence and joint venture developments with third-party firms.
Prior to joining Embree Asset Group, Inc. in 2006, Tommy was an owner and broker for Waters Property Management/Real Estate, where he managed approximately 600 units of residential, commercial, and multi-family properties in the Central Texas area. Tommy also served as Assistant Vice President in the Land and Investment Brokerage Division for Henry S. Miller Company prior to owning his own company.

Rob Borchardt serves as Vice President of Accounting for Embree Group of Companies where he is responsible for overseeing accounting aspects for Embree Construction Group, Embree Asset Group, and Embree Capital Markets Group.
Rob joined Embree Group of Companies in 2010 as Vice President of Finance for Embree Capital Markets where he oversaw portfolio management, and proposal creation. Prior to his tenure with Embree Group of companies, Rob previously worked with Deloitte & Touche and Arthur Anderson. Rob is a Certified Public Accountant with over 19 years of experience in the financial and accounting arena. His experience includes internal and external reporting (including SEC and IPOs, annual and quarterly reporting) auditing, internal controls, Sarbanes Oxley, process improvement, due diligence, financial analysis, and banking relations.
