Jeff Dedmon's Bio
Jeff Dedmon began his construction career as a union framer thirty-five years ago. His work eventually led him to a position as a general superintendent for multi-family and single-family homes. In 2008, he transitioned into working in the commercial tenant improvement industry. He believes in providing quality and value to all his clients. He manages the field operations of the business to ensure that all work is completed in a timely manner without sacrificing the quality or safety of the job site. He is currently married with two children and loves to ride motorcycles, surf, hike, and spend time with family. He looks forward to many more amazing years working with his talented colleagues and clients.
Nick Dedmon's Bio
Nick Dedmon is a fifth-generation General Contractor with over fifteen years of experience in the Construction Industry. Nick joined CMD Construction Inc. in 2015 as the Vice President. Within the first five years of his leadership, the company increased its annual revenue over 40-fold, and they continue to grow. Nick also significantly diversified CMD’s portfolio, which now spans across commercial tenant improvement, retail, and life science industries. Nick has successfully transitioned CMD from a single-job construction model to a more client-centered account-based model that emphasizes excellent customer service. Nick prides himself on building a company culture among CMD’s employees that values work/life balance and professional autonomy, which results in consistent, sustainable, and reliable company productivity and high morale. Nick happily lives in North Tustin with his wife, Nicola, and their dog Gigi.–

Jordan Griffin's Bio
Jordan Griffin has been a project manager with CMD Construction since 2021. She was raised in Orange County and has over ten years of experience as an Executive Assistant, bringing exceptional communication and organizational skills, and an additional seven years in Commercial Property Management. In her work as a Property Manager, Jordan was responsible for a variety of portfolios including Class A high rise, industrial, mid-tech, campus office, and multi tenant buildings. Her Property Management experience equips her with the skills of being well-versed in building rules and current regulations. She also has extensive experience working with Construction Managers and end-use customers alike. Jordan’s professional background enables her to serve CMD’s customers with a complete vision of the impact that construction can have on a building, its occupants, and the management team, and also ensures that her projects run as smoothly as possible.
Kim Steffenhagen's Bio
Kim is a dynamic and motivated project manager with over ten years of experience in commercial real estate. Kim has a proven track record of managing projects from conception to completion with a proactive mindset and extreme attention to detail. Having spent time in property management, Kim is able to efficiently run projects for clients and landlords, knowing what level of service and communication will be expected. Kim always ensures that client objectives are met and that every project is completed on time, on budget, and to the highest standards possible.
Kim earned her Bachelor of Science, Education at California State University Fullerton. Kim is married to her husband, Mark, and they have two boys, Reed and Luke. Kim enjoys camping, boating, snow skiing, and traveling with her family during her free time.
Mathew Osborne's Bio
Mathew Osborne manages various CMD commercial construction projects spanning from Irvine to Los Angeles. Mathew believes that a uniform construction process with a precise course of action is the best way to satisfy the needs of his clients. In addition to managing many common tenant improvement projects, Mathew has a broad range of construction experience from laboratories to luxury retail clothing stores. He also spent two years as an apprentice construction foreman and has a deep understanding of the construction process which further allows Mathew to properly estimate, schedule, and manage the work required to complete his projects. Mathew spent four years as an active-duty military personnel and served as a team leader which gave him the experience to be able to adapt to any situation and properly lead.
Michael Gomez's Bio
Michael Gomez comes from a family of construction industry professionals, and began his own construction career as a union lather immediately after graduating high school. He finished the apprentice program and became the youngest journeyman in his union. He eventually transitioned into a position as a customer service representative for a national lumber company. He worked his way up to Regional Service Manager which equipped him with strong customer service and relationship-building skills and experience. While working in this position, he managed The Home Depot account for the Western Region, which eventually led him to take a position with The Home Depot. He spent nine years with The Home Depot, five of which he served as a store manager. At CMD, he is able to combine his love for construction with his strong client-facing skills to create a positive experience for his clients.

Natasha Campbell's Bio
Natasha joined the CMD team in 2021 and currently serves in business development. Natasha has a background in office administration and personal assistance which helps with the organization of CMD and the projects that she supports. Her extensive experience with personal assistance also helps her manage a wide array of tasks and coordinate personnel for every project, ensuring CMD’s high standards are always upheld. In addition to working at CMD, Natasha also goes to school in Irvine. During her free time she enjoys spin class and entertaining at her house.

Hector Rodriguez's Bio
Hector has over ten years of experience in Tenant Improvement and commercial construction. Hector thrives on detail-oriented tasks and focuses his attention on completing each project he is on within the scheduled time without compromising the quality. Hector takes pride in his work by holding each project to a high standard and always looking out for the small details. Before starting a project, Hector will map out each element and communicate with the project manager and engineer to prepare and ensure a successful project.
Hector has been married to his wife Lizbeth for 16 years and has three beautiful children, Victoria, Héctor, and Adolfo. Hector likes to travel and support his three children in their extracurricular activities in his free time.
Kyle Johnson's Bio
Kyle began his career with CMD Construction as a Superintendent after years of customer-facing operational and project management support within the multi-family industry. He is a graduate of California State University Monterey Bay, and is a Certified Associate Project Manager. Born and raised in Southern California, he enjoys all things sports, being in nature and at the beach, as well as a relaxing round of golf.
