We provide permitting services for all permits relating to new, remodel and tenant improvement construction projects.  Including but not limited to the building, signage, traffic, liquor and trade permits.  We also assist with alcohol, food service and event permits.  

• Complete permit applications and related documents.
• Coordinate all deliverables from Owners, Architects, Engineers, Contractors, Suppliers and required consultants for submittal to required jurisdictions.
• Submit the construction drawings and related documents to all local, city and state agencies necessary to receive approvals for construction projects.
• Deliver weekly permit status updates to project team in our format or client’s preferred document.
• Provide memorandums notifying project team when building permits are ready for pick-up including jurisdiction information and fees due.
• Coordinate general contractor and trades registrations and licenses.

We provide permitting services related to planning / zoning approval and licenses relating to the sale of alcohol for restaurants, hospitality and special events / festivals. 

We will attend Design Review Board or Conditional Use / Variance Permit Hearings and Meetings on our client's behalf.
