Owner Georg has been in the electrical field for decades. Starting All Phases International was a long time dream come true; to have a company owned and operated by family and friends. Georg has the passion for this business that keeps everyone motivated and driving forward.

Adam, also a good friend of the Sohl family, has been working in construction finance for several years. He is the one that loves building endless excel spreadsheets and charts to explain every variable of cost and cash flow you could possibly think of. He also has a great deal of experience in banking relationships and B2B development.  

Graham is a long time friend to the Sohl Family. After years in both retail management and manufacturing sales, Graham brings his business relations know how to the All Phases International team. He develops and leads the company in it's sales, marketing and employee management decisions while continually pushing the company to better serve clients, care for employees and improve the bottom line.

Georg's son Jeremy manages the company and helps to grow it by encouraging and exemplifying good work ethic while upholding the company values of Integrity and Honesty. Jeremy has single-handedly designed many of the procedures and programs that have made All Phases International into an efficient and reliable company. If All Phases International is ever faced with an obstacle, Jeremy can find a way to overcome it.
