Since 1986, TBI Construction Services has been serving developers, owners, entrepreneurs, landlords, and property managers with high-quality-relationship based solutions and services in the commercial construction and development marketplace. TBI was originally founded in 1986 as Musgrave and Terry, by A.C. Musgrave and Jim Terry. David Terry has been the principal partner of TBI since 2002. 

Whether serving a national company or a local business, our focus has always been on developing long-term solutions and relationships with our clients. That mission continues to be a driving force today. For the past seven years, over 60% of our business was developed through referrals from our base of clients, vendors, architects, and engineers.
