PacificSpan Engineering

Pacificspan LLC was formulated in July 2005 to provide design and consulting services for the construction industry. Since February 2008, our services have extended to including contracting. Upon inception, our underlying principal has been to provide our clients with full service support for their needs in project planning, design, and construction.
Pacificspan has successfully completed numerous commercial, residential, government and military design and/or buildprojects. Early projects include building restaurants and bars, medical and research facilities, computer and chemical laboratories, salons and spas, apartment and condo complexes, offices, and costume homes. Since 2010, Pacificspan has focused on designand construction services for Federal Agencies, including US Navy, Marine Corps, US Air Force, US Department of Justice, Social Security Administration, General Service Administration, Department of Interior, etc.

Pacificspan is not only the contractor for these projects, but also often the architect/engineer on records, provides design services resulting in approved blue prints, technical reports, and otherconstruction documents.
