Scope Of Work
Project included approximately 40 acres of site development and the construction of:
Bealls Department Store- Ground up turnkey construction 62,250 sf
HH Grege- Ground up turnkey construction 30,000 sf
Specific coordination with the design team to accommodate and rework Site infrastructure/ existing utilities traversing the site that serviced an adjacent shopping center. Design of both stores from prototype drawings to site specific drawings requirements. Construct project on an extremely accelerated schedule to meet lease turnover obligations. Coordinated closely with: Local AHJ and utilities to expedite permitting because of the accelerated scheduling requirements Tenant construction coordinators throughout process for successful project delivery
