The PHM Group, Inc.

The PHM Group is the successor, and continuation, of a very successful company with over 20 years of commercial construction experience. Following the passing of the previous owner, the new company was founded in 2008 by Dave Pfeiffer, Chuck Mathis and John Hinson, who together have in excess of 75 years experience in the construction industry.

The PHM Group combines new ownership with a new company culture. At a recent team meeting of Project Managers, Superintendents, Operations and Administrative Staff, the following core values were collectively identified:
