Scope Of Work

This was the first Hybrid O.R. for the facility and completion was critical to the facility to open and begin providing services to the community as quickly as possible. The project scope included complete demolition of existing O.R. and ancillary space to accommodate the renovations for the new space in the surgery suite PHM was awarded the project on a competitive Fee/GC proposal process. After award the budgeting and design assist phase began and the GMP was established with competitive bidding of the trades The Owner requested and was provided with an accelerated schedule which was accomplished with a successful initial AHCA inspection for immediate occupancy.
