Scope Of Work
This project was a 10,000 sf shell building which would include a Crispers restaurant and future lease space. The project shell was a turnkey project adjacent to other operating outparcels in an existing retail center. The surrounding businesses required traffic control and separated staging areas for the new work. This was coordinated and completed such that no interruptions to business operations were encountered.
