Scope Of Work

This project was the build-out of 30,000 sf of shell space, on the existing fourth floor, into 33 patient rooms and support spaces. The 33 patient rooms were utilized for a new Oncology Center. The infrastructure for the project included upgrading and expanding all sanitary and domestic water, medical gas, HVAC chilled water piping, HVAC duct, nurse call, voice/data, fire alarm and normal/ emergency power systems. A new conference meeting area for the hospital was also a part of the scope of work. The new conference area, which will accommodate in excess of 30 people, included high quality Custom finishes, state-of-the-art audio/ visual/ data systems, food service / kitchen area, and a smaller meeting room. The project was completed in seven months with minimal disruption to the on-going operations of the facility.
