Kerricook Construction, Inc. commenced business operations January 1, 2005, and is based in Litchfield, Ohio. We are a certified WBE (Women’s Business Enterprise), certified by the Women’s Business Enterprise National Council (WBENC). We perform construction projects in Ohio, Pennsylvania, New York, Indiana, Illinois, Michigan, Wisconsin, Kentucky, Virginia, West Virginia, Maryland, South Carolina, Louisiana, Tennessee, Mississippi, Nebraska, Oklahoma, and Florida.

Our team excels in all types of construction. We specialize in design-build, remodeling and rehabilitation of existing retail structures to accommodate Customer or leaseholder requirements. Our knowledge and experience in this field is extensive and proven. Our team is highly skilled at meeting the every-day challenges of performing construction projects in an open-store environment, with minimal disruption to the shopper’s experience.

We have developed a solid reputation with our Customers for delivering projects on time, with excellent quality, and for the originally stipulated sum. We strive to complete projects without presenting numerous change orders. This method of project delivery is respected by our Customers, and gives them confidence that our bids reflect a true final cost of construction.

Jobs are conducted in compliance with local labor industry requirements. All projects strictly adhere to OSHA guidelines and requirements, and our employees are trained and equipped accordingly.
