Ryan has been the perfect GC anyone can hope for. He's been professional, patient, helpful and every word you can think of. He's intelligent, knowledgeable, great people working for him, very well-priced, diligent, responsive and patient. We've had some hiccups during my project due to the landlord and had it not been for Ryan and Whiterock I would've never been able to go through with the project. I believe all GCs would've failed at my project but Ryan has kept his cool and has been more of a friend who's genuinely concerned for you and wants you to excel. He sends regularly feedback and is always available to make sure your concerns are heard and taken care of. He's been kind and have incorporated all my wishes and hasn't been fussy about anything.
