Rachel Pitsch has been with Diamondback Carports since 2002 and purchased the company with her husband in 2011.
The opportunity to purchase Diamondback Carports was due to her customer service, hard work and eye for detail.
She believes that communication and transparency is the key to all good customer service, vendor relationships and return customers.
Rachel's achievements of working at Diamondback Carports and then becoming the owner with her husband Bradley is one she is most proud of.
She has worked in the construction industry for over 25 years and has learned a great deal in that time within all phases of construction.
Rachel oversees the following areas - finances, human resources, office management, insurance administrations both GL and employee, vendor pre-qualifications, repair divisions operations and schedule.
