Our Story

E.T.I Construction is a general contractor, construction manager, and self- performing carpentry contractor licensed by the City of Chicago and active in commercial, residential, and institutional markets throughout Cook County. Established in 1999, we incorporated in 2006 and have built an enviable reputation for providing high-quality, cost-effective solutions on projects of all sizes and scopes.

Our management team boasts over 60 years of combined experience, while our field staff is highly skilled and unusually loyal – many have been with us for 10 years and counting.
