PROJECT SUMMARY
Borough33 in Chattanooga is a mixed development that is planned to include 310 apartments in three building that are surrounding a swimming pool, fitness center and other amenities. Along with the apartments there will be 76 single family townhomes, each with a private garage on the ground floor. Neyland plans to joint build the Townhomes with Henegar Home LLC. The final phase will be a mixed used development that can accommodate several different uses with up to 35,000 SqFt retail space, outparcels with the potential of additional townhomes or apartments. Neyland has talked to restaurants, fitness centers, other local businesses, etc. The project is located on 20-acres and is near the Chattanooga Riverwalk. Neyland is partnering with City of Chattanooga to extend the Riverwalk to the edge of our property.
