My 20+ year old furnace took a dump during the winter. I called Conserv-air and Matt arrived within an hour. The part was a relay, which was no longer available. He said he could have one of the control experts come and maybe fabricate a replacement and then told me that they had a finance plan with 18 mos same as cash if I qualified. Because of the age of the furnace and the fact that the air cond. was old and inefficient I went with a new HVAC system. They installed the furnace in less than a day and returned to finish up the air conditioner the following day following day. They were fast, efficient and I couldn't be happier with the results. The Daikin unit has a 2 stage gas valve and a variable fan and I no longer have the cold period before the furnace kicks on. Its a much more even heat. I haven't had the opportunity to try out the air as yet, but I'm sure it will be just as good. Daikin has surpassed Carrier as the number one HVAC manufacturer and is now manufacturing in Texas and spreading out in the USA. I strongly recommend both Daikin and Conserv-Air if you are ever in need of a new unit, or repair of existing units. No high pressure sales, and friendly efficient service, including removal of all debris and old units!!! A special hats off to Matt who filled in for his boss and coordinated with the rest of the crew while Mike took a well deserved vacation !!! Give him a bonus Mike !
Conserv Air has serviced our Heating/Air-Conditioning three times in the last 19 months. From my experience during these service calls will lead me to go back to them for their service and I will give them my business every time. This past time I had a service rep named Bill Nash. Courteous, very knowledgeable, communicative and efficient in what needed to be complete. From the call first thing in the morning to completion at 10:45 a.m., this company was exemplary. Use them!!
Bill, from Conservair was, on-time, courteous and performed the necessary repair to re-boot/repair my residential boiler that had been "off-line" for several years.
He made the repair in about 30 minutes and at the original price quoted over the phone.
No "hidden" costs, surprises or delays. He had the necessary parts in his truck.
Although my appointment was at 5:00 PM, when asked, he said he started at 8:00 AM, but still had one or two more repairs to make that evening—his hard work is appreciated!
Excellent service at a reasonable price. A difficult combination to find these days...
I would highly recommend Conservair to a friend—thanks!
I called Conserv-Air with a water leak emergency early one morning and they were incredibly responsive and had Nick, my technician, out to my house in no time at all. Nick assessed the situation, knew immediately what the issue was and fixed the problem completely. The best part is that the bill was much lower than I anticipated, and Nick gave me a tutorial about my furnace and gas fireplace. What a great guy!! I will recommend Conserv-Air to all of my friends (hopefully they will get Nick as their technician).
Conserv-Air has been servicing my furnace and air conditioner for over 15 years.
The level of service I have received is unheard of in today's way of doing business on line, text, chat sessions etc. All it ever took was one phone call and the problem was addresses and solved. This week after 32 years my original gas furnace meet the end of the line. In one day Conserv-Air installed a new furnace and air conditioner and I was amazed at how quite it was when they turned it...
I have been with Conserv-Air for several years now and I have never been dissatisfied with their service. Nick and all the techs, and management as well, have always provided the highest level of service. Since I started using Conserv-Air there has never been a need to look elsewhere. Thanks to all!
my tech Brian was spot on with his execution of the air conditioning periodic maintenance. Brian was informative and assured of the system being well cared for and positioned to perform well for more years to come. On the compressor he lifted off the top with fan and cleaned inside the wrapped cooling coil. I consider that the most important thing in a PM activity. Again so simple and yet so important. On a newsletter from our community I read about cottonwood trees seeds and they can block the narrow spaces of the AC compressor coil and that underscores the necessity of cleaning the coil from the inside outward. Thank you Brian.
Dan came out and serviced my heater after some extensive masonry work done on our building. He was kind, courteous and very informative! He explained what he was doing before he did it and why he was doing it. He gave me insulating ideas since my unit is outside. I will be calling again for my next tune up!
