Cherie D Schreiner's Bio
Ms. Schreiner has been involved with accounting since 1988. She has served as an Accounting Supervisor for many well known local property companies and has been Vice President of Accounting for Commercial Builders from the beginning. She has a superior knowledge of nearly every nationally known software package on the market. She has worked with Skyline, MRI, CenterSoft, Yardi and many other software packages. She has been responsible for all accounting functions, which includes new , development, tenant improvements and renovations of new and existing properties. She has been responsible for real estate portfolios consisting of more than 150 properties. Her experience includes office, retail, apartments, and industrial and development accounting.
Lee B Farris's Bio
Mr. Farris attended the University of Houston receiving a B.B.A. in Finance in 1974. He was awarded his CPM® (Certified Property Manager) designation from the Institute of Real Estate in 1979, his CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) designation in 2004, his CMCA (Certified Manager of Community Associations) designation in 2006 and is a licensed real estate broker in Arizona (License No. 191080908-00) and Texas (License No. 298702).
Mr. Farris, being involved in the leasing and property field for over 35 years, became involved in the industry while working for Gerald D. Hines Interests, in Houston, Texas where he was involved in the growth of Hines from a local Houston company to an international company. He assisted in the , and development of over 2.5 million square feet of office space during his involvement with Hines. He opened the Grubb & Ellis Property Services office in Houston, Texas where he assisted in the and was tenant improvement coordinator for over 3 million square feet of office, industrial and retail space.
He has served as an independent commercial real estate broker, as well as, Vice President of Leasing for a Houston developer. While in that capacity he assisted his clients and the developer with the and of over 1.5 million square feet of office and industrial space.
Mr. Farris has developed and consulted in the development of numerous projects over the last 35 years, either as the developer or a consultant.
Mr. Farris, formed Commercial Builders Associates, Inc. in 2010 and has grown the company into a successful tenant improvement and general contractor company. The company has developed installed tenant improvements and constructed properties throughout Arizona.
In addition, Mr. Farris has been an instructor at the Arizona School of Real Estate for the past eight years, he was the 2007 President for the local chapter of the Institute of Real Estate (IREM), a past member of the IREM National Membership and Credentialing Committee and the IREM Industry Standards Advisory Board, and assisted in the development of IREM’s Best Practices Manual for Real Estate Services. He is the past President of the Phoenix University Club. He is also a founding member of ReCom Global, LLC, an REO company that assists the banking community with it dispositions of REO portfolios, and is President/Designate Broker of Farrmont Realty Group, Inc. AMO®, a commercial leasing, brokerage and property company.
Michael Westover's Bio
Mr. Westover has been in commercial and development for over 25 years. He has extensive experience and knowledge in the development of ground-up projects, site work, staking, excavating and the installation of underground utilities. He has extensive experience with general contracting, tenant improvements, renovating and remodeling of commercial properties.
He has worked for such notable companies as Jokake , A. T. Meridian Companies, and Clark Commercial Builders. He has managed projects that included the remodel of Maricopa County Court House, Chase Field Party Suites, APS facilities, Rio Solado Dental School, Super Stop Gas Stations, to mention a few.
He was a member of the National Honor Society, an Eagle Scout, and an Arizona Wrestling Champion.
