Keith grew up in San Diego and has been a part of the community for over 45 years. Keith focuses on the client experience and staff training. Developing Berkley Construction's approach to business is the cornerstone of this successful business venture. Every day, every month, Keith and his team try to improve the customer experience with innovative ideas such as cloud-based project management programs, and pre-construction contracts to make the construction process more effective and enjoyable.
Improving communication is the largest hurdle in the construction industry. Keith and his team improve their communication constantly to make for better project execution.

Keith is skilled in the process of project management, building technology, has a keen design eye that leads to creative and unique project features, and embraces the new techniques while appreciating long practiced good traditions.
Historical renovations have a special place in Berkley Construction, but Keith believes there is no reason to lose modern performance with old world historical soul.
Keith embraces tough engineering problems and enjoys the customer service relationships he has built over the years. Many of his former clients are long term friends and business partners.
Keith is a husband and father of two boys, coaches Coronado Pop-Warner Football, does most of the family cooking, is the creative energy and founder behind the remote area fishing and surfing Black Bass Lodge in Baja, California Sur, Mexico. He believes in collecting memories, not things. He resides with his family, 2 dogs, ducks, chickens, geese, quails, or whatever else his wife Holly has decided should also share the family home in South Park, San Diego, CA.
