Our officers have a combined 40 years of direct, results-oriented experience. We are well into our third decade of providing professional general contracting and construction.       Fivecoat’s commercial construction portfolio includes both ground-up construction as well as renovation of existing structures. Past projects include general office, medical, multi-family, warehousing, food services and church facilities. Interior renovation and tenant improvement work also make up a significant portion of our portfolio.
