Scope Of Work
Cadence McShane Construction Company provided construction management services for Scottsdale Crossing, a master-planned business and tech park located in Cedar Park, Texas. The new construction of the Voltabox headquarters includes a single story tiltwall production facility for the manufacturing and assembly of lithium-ion batteries.
Cadence McShane completed Building 2, a 23,150-square-foot office building and production facility with tenant improvements for the American headquarters of Voltabox, a Germany-based battery manufacturer.
