Scope Of Work

Cadence McShane Construction Company completed the construction for Phase I of Southport Logistics Park, a 531-acre, master-planned industrial development located in Wilmer, Texas. Construction of Phase I consisted of two buildings that were constructed concurrently.

Building 1 is a 1,075,260-square-foot speculative facility with a cross-dock configuration, a 36? clear height, a 60? staging area, a 185? truck court, an ESFR sprinkler system and office space to-suit. Sizable parking for 243 trailers and 630 vehicles were also completed for Building 1. Building 7 is a 36? clear, 395,099-square-foot speculative facility with an ESFR sprinkler system. Generous on-site parking for 285 vehicles and 113 trailer stalls were completed during construction. Both buildings feature precast concrete panels, incorporating modern design elements such as integrated aluminum panels at the entryways, sophisticated accent lighting and contemporary window lines.
