Scope Of Work
Cadence McShane Construction Company completed the construction of the new 61,300-square-foot, multi-story Performing Arts Center addition and renovations to a few areas of the original facility located in McKinney, Texas.
The addition includes a large auditorium, a black box theatre, dance hall, and green room. The auditorium has the capacity to seat 1,020 people and features balcony seating, cat walks, a fly loft, and an orchestra pit. The overall project also included renovations to the existing high school, which resulted in a new auxiliary gym that was converted from the school’s original theatre. Cadence McShane also renovated the existing natatorium’s pool deck, locker rooms, competition gym, and choir room.
