Scope Of Work
Cadence McShane Construction Company completed construction for L3 Technologies 82,000-square-foot office interior renovation at the existing L3 campus in Arlington, Texas. L3 Technologies is an agile innovator and leading provider of communications and electronic systems for the military, homeland security, and commercial aviation customers. L3 develops advanced defense technologies and commercial solutions in pilot training, aviation security, night vision, weapons, and space.
The office interior renovation included reconfiguring the department offices, enlarging and upgrading restrooms as well as breakroom spaces. The on-site data center remained open and operated during the center’s large expansion. The facility exterior work included a new main entry with curtain-wall, sunshades and metal panels.
