Scope Of Work
Cadence McShane Construction Company provided construction management services for the completion of the Jones Middle School, a 202,000-square-foot educational facility located in Humble, Texas.
The new construction of the single-story facility is positioned on a 48-acre site and includes 49 classrooms, a library, competition gym, practice gym, cafeteria, kitchen, and 12 science labs. The middle school also features a teaching theatre and outdoor classrooms. The campus includes full athletic facilities including football, tennis, baseball, and track. Cadence McShane completed all sitework for the campus and also implemented successful strategies to maintain good site housekeeping to not disrupt the adjacent neighborhood.
