Scope Of Work
Cadence McShane Construction Company completed the Edison Apartments, a 498,881-square-foot multifamily development located in the popular Eastside River Corridor near downtown Austin, Texas. The development is on a 9.5-acre site.
The four-story apartment complex incorporates 183 one-bedroom and 171 two-bedroom apartments. The complex features amenities such as a fitness center, swimming pool with views of downtown Austin, picnic area equipped with barbecue stations, and a chic rooftop lounge. Cadence McShane completed two precast parking garages with the capacity for 468 parking spaces to serve residents.
