Scope Of Work
Cadence McShane Construction Company provided design-build services for an industrial development project on a 15 acre site that includes a 1.285 acre detention pond located in Schertz, Texas. This unique warehouse was designed and constructed to meet the specified articulation and exterior siding enhancements required by the city.
The one-story facility is a 213,000-square-foot tiltwall cross-dock warehouse with 28 metal overhead doors measuring 9? x 10?, aluminum window systems, and prefinished metal canopies at each entrance that serve as storefronts. Cadence McShane provided service drive, sidewalks, and parking for 248 cars.
